Director and Shareholder: Tan Sri Dato’ David Chiu
Tan Sri Dato’ David Chiu is contributing significant financial support for the successful development and growth of Dining Concepts including the start-up capital for the initial restaurants and working capital as the restaurants grow.
Tan Sri Dato’ David Chiu is a prominent businessman with over 30 years’ experience in property development and extensive experience in hotel development and is the Executive Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Far East Consortium International Limited. He has established a number of highly successful business operations through organic growth and acquisitions in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. Tan Sri Dato’ David Chiu is also the chairman and a non-executive director of i-CABLE Communications Limited (stock code: 1097).

Ms. Chiu is currently the chairman of AGORA Hospitality Group Co. Ltd, a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Ms. Chiu is contributing significant financial support for the successful development and growth of Dining Concepts.
Ms. Chiu joined the Far East Consortium International Limited Group in 2005 as a director of property development and was appointed as an Executive Director of Far East Consortium International Limited in June 2019. She obtained a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Management in King’s College London, University of London. Ms Chiu has worked at Credit Suisse, been a director of Malaysia Land Properties Sdn. Bhd. (“Mayland”) since 2002 and was appointed as the president and an executive director of Dorsett, in June 2010 and November 2011, respectively, to oversee its overall strategic growth and development.
Director and Shareholder: Mr. Williams
Mr. Williams will draw on his extensive Australia-wide relationships and unique position as CEO of FEC Australia to drive the development of world-class restaurants within the Australian Dining Concepts Group. Mr. Williams was appointed as an Executive Director of Far East Consortium International Limited in 2000 and is responsible for all property developments in Australia. He resides in Melbourne, Australia and holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Melbourne University. With industry experience spanning four decades and multiple countries Mr. Williams has extensive experience in all facets of property development and operations. Mr. Williams has been at the forefront of FEC Australia since its inception in 1994. During that time, he has overseen the delivery of many integrated residential, commercial and retail developments.
CEO - Mr. Lawrence Tse
Mr. Tse will leverage his extensive global hospitality expertise and networks to lead the planning and roll-out of Dining Concepts’ restaurants. Mr. Tse has gained extensive experience in the hospitality sector over his 37 years owning and operating premium and casual restaurants in Australia, Hong Kong and mainland China. His experience includes oversight of daily operations, purchasing, staffing, promotion plans, hygiene standards, training and management of Business Unit Managers. He has also managed the preparation of budgets including sales forecasts, operating and capital expenditure, as well as compiling annual business plans. Additionally, Mr. Tse has managed the planning and opening of at least 17 restaurants, including new concept venues (noodle bars and tea shops), openings in collaboration with major casinos (MGM Grand Hotel and Casino Las Vegas), and venues within large developments.
